Privacy Policy

How KAMON! handles website visits, event results and umpire practice.

Who we are

KAMON! Tennis and Co. runs kamon.ph to share club events, match results and umpire practice. This notice describes how the website handles information about visitors and participants.

For a privacy question or request, contact the KAMON organizers through our Reclub club page. Please identify the event, page or photo involved so we can find the record.

Event results and photos

We publish event dates, venues, first names or nicknames, teams, scores and match statistics to let participants revisit their games. Published event data omits surnames, contact details and internal device or account identifiers.

Club photos and video can identify participants. First names and nicknames can also identify someone in context. Contact us if you want a name, result, photo or video reviewed, corrected or removed. Public pages and media may be indexed, cached or shared by other services.

Website analytics

When configured, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits and actions on website links, buttons, menus, search controls, match charts and tutorial controls. We record fixed action and screen labels, control types and public photo album codes, not the text you type or the player you choose. Match search reports only the number of results, never the search text. Our tracking uses registered page paths, fixed page labels, referring website origins and approved campaign labels from shared links. Other query parameters, URL fragments and player names are excluded. The analytics preference control itself is not tracked.

A Reclub join or photo link click can also notify the organizers through Telegram. This includes the button location, registered page path and date, without your IP address, browser details or a visitor identifier. Turning off analytics or enabling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control also disables these click notifications.

Opening /links or /loyalty-card can send the organizers a Telegram notice that names only that page. It does not include your name, IP address, browser details or the page you came from. Recognized automated requests are excluded. Repeat visits can send another notice. This operational notice is separate from Google Analytics and its opt-out.

The Google tag runs in your browser when analytics is enabled. It uses first-party Google Analytics cookies to associate visits and actions with a browser and session. Google receives these events directly and processes network and browser information for reports such as approximate location and device type. Our tag disables Google signals and advertising personalization features. A Reclub click records interest in joining, not a confirmed registration.

Legacy redirects, shared-link redirects, browsers without the tag and tutorial progress use our server's analytics delivery. For those requests, our server uses the IP address and browser user agent to create a pseudonymous identifier that changes daily and approximate session information. We do not forward those raw values in that server delivery. It cannot reliably identify returning visitors across days or join tutorial progress to a browser-tag session. These identifiers do not guarantee anonymity.

You can turn off Google Analytics for this browser using the control below. We also honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. This choice applies to future Google Analytics events, including tutorial analytics, and does not delete previously collected events. A first-party cookie remembers your choice for one year unless you clear it sooner.

Live event scores

When an organizer enables a live broadcast, we publish short player names, pairings, courts, queue positions, scores, warm-up and break timers, and a sanitized match timeline for replay and statistics. Private source identifiers, operator identities, custom break reasons and private notes are excluded. The latest snapshot expires from our Cloudflare Durable Object seven days after its last update. The live page stops showing it after Stop reaches the backend or after six hours without an update. Stopping an offline laptop cannot immediately remove a snapshot already published online.

Following remembers an event-specific public player selection in your browser. Clearing the selection removes that preference. Searching and selecting work without an account. Analytics can record a fixed tab name or that a player was selected, never the selected identity or search text. The same analytics preferences and privacy signals apply.

The first time this browser opens the main /live page, a one-year first-party cookie prevents a repeat notice and the organizers may receive a Telegram notification. The notice records only that the live page opened and whether the address came from the printed QR hash. It does not include your name, IP address, browser details or selected player. This operational notice is separate from Google Analytics and its opt-out.

The first time this browser opens the live demo at /live/demo, a separate one-year first-party cookie prevents a repeat notice and the organizers may receive a Telegram notification. That notice records only that the demo opened. It does not include your name, IP address, browser details or selected player.

Practice and organizer tools

Umpire practice saves progress and preferences in your browser so you can return to a lesson. Some navigation state lasts only for the current browser session. Clearing this site's browser storage removes those saved values.

When Telegram notifications are configured, tutorial starts, milestones, resets and exits can send a practice run identifier and progress details to the organizers' Telegram chat. The Google Analytics preference does not disable these operational notifications.

Notifications may be delayed, combined into a dated message, or dropped during heavy traffic. Repeated identical notifications can be suppressed. This applies to Reclub clicks, photo clicks, practice notifications, shared-link generation, shared-link clicks, and visits to /links and /loyalty-card. A failed notification does not prevent a generated link or redirect from working.

Hosting and external services

Our hosting providers, Vercel and Cloudflare, process requests needed to deliver and secure the site and live scores. Requests can include IP addresses, browser information and requested URLs. Google and Telegram process the information described above when those integrations are configured. Provider processing may take place outside the Philippines.

Reclub, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube links open services operated by other organizations. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them or register for an event there. The website does not receive your Reclub password or social account credentials through those links.

Keeping information

Published event results and club media remain available until reviewed, corrected or removed by the organizers. Changes to the live site do not automatically remove copies in deployment history, backups, search caches or other people's shares.

Our Google Analytics property is set to retain detailed user and event data for 14 months. Standard aggregate reports follow different retention rules. Hosting logs and Telegram records follow the relevant service and account settings. Shared campaign links have no application database or separate count history. Contact us for the applicable period or a deletion request. Turning off analytics affects future collection, not existing records.

Your privacy rights

Under applicable Philippine privacy law, you may ask about your information, request access or correction, object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or request deletion or blocking when applicable. You may also raise a concern with the National Privacy Commission. These rights can be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

Contact the KAMON organizers through Reclub to make a request. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request relates to you. Avoid sending identity documents or unrelated personal details in your first message.

We update this notice when the website's data practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
